Kaju Katli Recipe


  • 100 gms Kaju
  • 100 gms Sugar
  • 4 tbs Water
  • 1 tsp Desi ghee


  1. Soak Kaju for ½ an hour and grind into paste.  
  2. Mix sugar and water make two thread consistency.  
  3. Add kaju paste and stir well till it makes a lump.  Remove from fire.  
  4. When it is little cool roll it ¼ “ thickness. Then cut like a diamond shapes.  
  5. Apply silver varak on top & serve.
