Kaju Katli Recipe
Ingredients:
- 100 gms Kaju
- 100 gms Sugar
- 4 tbs Water
- 1 tsp Desi ghee
Method:
- Soak Kaju for ½ an hour and grind into paste.
- Mix sugar and water make two thread consistency.
- Add kaju paste and stir well till it makes a lump. Remove from fire.
- When it is little cool roll it ¼ “ thickness. Then cut like a diamond shapes.
- Apply silver varak on top & serve.
